L’art dans les chapellesÉtang du ROZ, Pontivy, France — Metallic structures couvered with shredded fabric — H.150 cm to 190 cm x L. 450 to 700 cm x W. 70 to 90 cm.

A poetic evocation of the Canal de Nantes à Brest’s history, three boats float on the calm waters of a Roz pond. In the silence of foggy mornings, under the sun or the rain… they rise in the twinkling of the sunset before sinking into the night. The landscape is transformed according to time and to the rhythm of the walk, the boats stranded offer a poetic experience of space, invite the walker to a drift of the imagination, where water like large boats nourish dreams and memories.
